Refund Policy

If Mac Workspaces doesn't work for you, we'll refund you in full within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. This applies to all customers worldwide. Requests received after 14 days are not eligible, except where a longer period is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Refunds are not available for purchases made more than 14 days ago except where required by law. If you are within your 14-day free trial, no purchase has been made — simply stop using the app. No refund request is necessary.

How to request a refund

Email support@strangeattractor.ai with your order number (found in your Paddle receipt email) and the email address used to purchase.

We aim to respond and approve within 1 business day.

Paddle, our payment partner, processes the refund to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

What happens to your license

Your license key will be deactivated upon processing of the refund. We ask that you delete Mac Workspaces from your Mac at that point.

Trial users

Mac Workspaces includes a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial period — you only need to request a refund if you have purchased a license.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. EU/EEA consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital products under the Consumer Rights Directive, subject to applicable exceptions. This policy is designed to be at least as generous as those statutory rights.
